Effective Interpersonal Communication Workshops
Why are some people so effective in communicating with others? How do your communication skills impact your job, the people around you and the organization? Participants learn about the Communication Pyramid and are given the opportunity to build their skills through each progressive level of the pyramid. The focus is on interpersonal communication skills that enhance and build long term successful relationships with others, both inside and outside of the organization. The great thing is these skills can be used in your personal life as well to build relationships with your family and friends.
You will have an opportunity to practice and use a number of skills that can be used to enhance communication in your organization. The Self-Awareness Module is prerequisite for this series.
