HR Assessment – With this service, first we discover the organization’s driving HR needs and issues through a comprehensive HR Audit and Employee Engagement Survey.
HR Strategic Plan – Using this information we develop a comprehensive HR Strategic Plan and Roadmap describing the components of the HR system to support people and success.
Design and Implement - Once the strategic plan and roadmap are approved we configure the HR system to each client’s unique needs. Next, we ”roll up our sleeves” to tactically implement the system in a way that is cost effective and makes sense.
Evaluation and Support - Finally, we provide ongoing evaluation and support through outsourcing, consulting, and training, to ensure the HR system is providing value to a company and its people. This involves coaching individuals and teams and tweaking and adjusting systems as needed.
